Ms. Muschett is a licensed attorney and compliance specialist, who develops compliance programs in keeping with the growing complexities of state and federal laws and regulations, including Title IX and Clery Act. A former Title IX Coordinator and misconduct investigator, she has also served as in-house legal counsel for a Florida preparatory boarding school, and for a national educational services provider; at the latter, she delivered Title IX compliance training to K-12 educators in 23 states.
Ms. Muschett has significant experience to complement her work in education. Prior to entering law school, she worked as a business consultant, analyst, and paralegal in both corporate and law firm settings, where she assisted clients with business and legal risk management in due diligence reviews, corporate reporting, and large-scale transaction closings.
Outside of work, Ms. Muschett enjoys watching sporting events, walking in charity events, and spending time with her friends and family, including two fur-kids who help keep her on her toes!
